Official supportVersion 1.0
Fight the craving.Keep the hit.
CraveCoach turns “eat this or that?” into a head-to-head decision. Compare the craving cues that matter, see the tradeoffs, and pick the option that fits your day.
How the matchup works
Your craving has a fingerprint.
Crave DNA looks beyond a food name. It helps you compare the sensory cues behind the craving, while Bite Battle keeps the final choice easy to read.
- Savory
- Cheesy
- Handheld
- Protein
Example only. Nutrition values remain estimates unless verified.
Quick fixes
Get back in the battle.
CraveCoach is local-first. Most issues can be resolved without sending personal food or health information anywhere.
-
Confirm the daily target
Open Coach, then Settings, and verify the calorie target and buddy tone saved correctly.
-
Check optional permissions
Camera, Photos, notifications, and HealthKit remain optional. Core craving tools work without them.
-
Restart before resetting
Quit and reopen the app first. Use Reset local data only when you intentionally want to erase on-device records.

Need something else? Email support@bajaskystudios.com.
- Where is my information stored?Version 1.0 stores your profile, logs, rules, reflections, and progress on your device. A small calorie snapshot is shared with the CraveCoach widget through an Apple App Group.
- Are calorie numbers exact? No. Unverified food and photo values are estimates. Check package labels, restaurant nutrition pages, and serving sizes before relying on a number.
- Why does HealthKit show no data?Open iPhone Settings, review Health access for CraveCoach, and make sure the requested data types contain samples. Apple does not tell apps whether a user denied read access.
- How do I export or delete data?Open Coach, Settings, then Data controls to export local JSON. Use Reset local data to clear the app, or uninstall it to remove its on-device container.
- Is CraveCoach medical advice? No. It is a habit and food-decision support tool. Medical conditions, eating-disorder concerns, and aggressive calorie targets should be handled with a licensed clinician or registered dietitian.
