CraveCoach Terms of Use
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of CraveCoach, which is owned and published by Baja Sky Studios LLC. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms.
2. General wellness tool
CraveCoach provides general habit, craving, calorie-awareness, and food-decision support. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, or a substitute for a licensed clinician or registered dietitian.
Do not use CraveCoach to support starvation, purging, punishment, self-harm, or an eating disorder. If you have a medical condition, take medication affected by food intake, are pregnant, are under 18, or have a history of disordered eating, obtain appropriate professional guidance before using a calorie target.
3. Estimates and user responsibility
Calories, portions, restaurant meals, packaged-food matches, and photo-based values can be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for checking labels, ingredients, allergens, serving sizes, and official nutrition sources before making a decision. CraveCoach does not guarantee weight loss or any health outcome.
4. Appropriate use
You may use CraveCoach for personal, lawful purposes. You may not reverse engineer the app except where law expressly permits it, interfere with its operation, use it to harm another person, or misrepresent its output as professional medical advice.
5. Device features and availability
Optional camera, Photos, notifications, HealthKit, widget, and future network features depend on compatible Apple hardware, operating-system permissions, and third-party service availability. Features may change or be discontinued.
6. Ownership
CraveCoach, its custom graphics, product identity, code, copy, and related materials are owned by Baja Sky Studios LLC or used with permission. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are referenced only to describe food choices or compatibility.
7. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CraveCoach is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or a specific health result.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baja Sky Studios LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of CraveCoach. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes and termination
We may update the app or these terms. You may stop using CraveCoach at any time. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal compliance.
